My water gets so cold I swear it was ice water lol. It also gets extremely hot where it will burn the skin off your bones. Okay maybe not that hot but I've gotten pretty bad burns while washing the dishes.

That's awesome! That's how I felt today. Although I didn't blast the cold water on me. I slowly adjusted the temp which wasn't so bad. I will start 30 seconds in the extremely cold. Fitness Blenders on YouTube have a ton of workouts you can do at home. I like the way the have there workout videos set up. I've done a few if there workouts. Just find which one(s) are good for you. What works for me is going light for breakfast ( whey protein and a beagle or cheese stick) then eat a nice portion for lunch and snack BEFORE I get hungry a little bit before dinner time. I usually snack on two things. Sun chips, a cheese stick or string cheese, almonds, pear, grapes, ect.

I have a 33.8 oz Smart Water bottle. I sip two of those throughout the day and get 8 cups. If I drink another bottle then 12 cups. I don't really sip it more like gugle it down like a duck. Haha. because I'm curious about the benefits. I read a lot of articles about the benefits so why not? Plus I know my body's going to get use to it so in the end that cold pool won't be so bad after all. :)

Haha! It wasn't that bad. I normally slash ice cold water on my face after ever shower. It use to be horrible but I'm use to it now. I actually boiled water and poured it in the tub when the same happened to me haha.

Well, I took some squats from this video http://youtu.be/afghBre8NlI and turned then into sets and I took some ideas from a lady I'm following on Instagram for tge weights. Didn't really know where to start so I'm here. Definitely going to look up those lifting programs though. Thanks!

My goal is so lose at least 40lb. I want to gain some muscle mass but I was told that can't happen eatting at deficit so for now just to get stronger.

I don't care about my weight in the sense I know muscle weighs more than fat. So if I'm 160 but its mostly muscle not fat I'm okay. And thank you for your feed back

Thank you guys! And eat less than I burn? I had a friend who stopped losing weight because she was working it all off. how would i know how many more calories to eat without takeing in to much?
