I am new to myfitnesspal and I just got a sweet fitbit from the hubs. I have been attending a boot camp class at our local Anytime Fitness center twice a week...sometimes however I can't make it...any suggestions on a work out video from home??I have 3 dogs which makes doing work out at home difficult sometimes I will have to put them in another room...I'm in a funk working full days which I normally don't do and I can't get to the gym...I could probably have gone at 4:30 this morning but of course I talked myself out of it. thanks!

I like the fitness blender website, they have some good short works if pressed for time, with 3 dogs you must already do lots of walking!!!!

I second Fitness Blender - I do all my workouts at home, and Fitness Blender is my go-to source for awesome workouts. I do all my workouts at home and there's some great stuff out there. Tony Horton's youtube channel has free workouts there that you can try and he posts a new one every week. Also beachbody DVDs are great. I have personally used T25, P90X3, and Body Beast and have loved all of them.
  • I do primarily walking and Tae Bo videos. I rent them from my local library!

I went to team beach body and I don't really want to spend 60 for a video. I will try Fitness Blender and see whats out there...I live in Minnesota so walking in winter can be challenging...especially for me, I broke my ankle 3 years ago and I don't really like to try and walk in winter because of ice :)
    thanks for the help

Look around on Youtube, there are a lot of channels to search on. I like Jessica Smith, she's a great instructor and has a really wide variety of workouts at all levels as well.
