Muscle Weighs more than Fat?
So i know this chick who is the same height as me (5'5) and weighs about the same (180). The only difference is i have fat thighs and a belly and she has a pretty flat stomach and slim thighs. lunch?
Spicy southwestern season chopped chicken with bacon, lettuce and mozzarella cheese on toasted baguette bread. I saw this sandwich as a Lean Cuisine frozen meal and decided I could just buy a loaf of bread and make one myself for lunch for the week. Only 230 calories. It was too pretty not to share.

Strength Training instead of Cardio?
Good or bad? I've stopped cardio and started lifting weights. I do four different types of squats 4 sets of 10 each and 6 different arm workouts 4 sets of 15 each. I was thinking about adding some abdominal workouts on my rest days. Will this still help me lose weight or should I start back cardio?

exercise in the morning?
Should you exercise in the morning? Arnt you burning calories you havent even eaten yet? I might have 200- 300 calories for breakfast but I do my 30-50 minute jog on my trampoline. I burn about 500. So I basicly just burned my whole breakfast And then some. Also should I drink whey protein after my jog?

For a few days now I've been eating like this: breakfast- juice celery, and spinach sometimes kale and an apple sometimes carrots too.
