I just made 3 pounds of vidalia onions, 1/4 cup or so melted country crock and salt. Low overnight. Easiest carmelized onions ever!

Thanks for the encouraging words. If I can even lose 1/2 of the 20 I will feel like my old self and get these negative self depreciating thoughts out of my head. I try every day to remember that the scale is just a number and its the life we live and the people we love that's all important

I was doing smoothies for about a year but I was hungry by break time and after looking at what I was putting in it it had loads of sugar with the fruit and yogurt. Hi. Im just joining your board. Im getting married at the end of Oct so I need motivation! As for exercise Im in for some knee surgury to repair a small tear in my meniscus so Doc told me only walking and some yoga. So exercise is better than none. I have about 20 pounds to lose

Let me ask this. My legs are so sore, hip flexors and hamstrings that it is hard to walk. Should I go to boot cp or take off. I want to go and hopefully work out the stiffness but I don't want to hurt myself. I'm 51 and not very flexible. I'm afraid to always be stuck at 2 days a week
