I've just started to see a dietician and for me she suggests at least 80 grams of protein a day, but said that the more protein I eat and less sugar the better. But again, that may just be in my case :) Hope this helps!

Thanks! Before I would frequent the café which had all greasy fried foods, definitely want to stay away from there! I plan on taking my own foods though. I'll have to try smaller more frequent meals, sometimes I'm so busy its hard to get away to take breaks though. Before I would also eat a big meal when I got out in the…

I love the dole dippers in the freezer section of the grocery store, they are pieces of either bananas or strawberries dipped in chocolate and frozen...yum! They satisfy my sweet tooth and are only 70-120 calories per pack (4 pieces) I think they are just enough and don't eat up all of my calories for the day :)
