I've found the Green Giant veggie tots in the frozen section of the grocery store. They have broccoli, cauliflower, and broccoli and cheese. So yummy! 6 tots for 130 calories and it helps me to get my veggies in :)

Good luck today! I hope everything goes smoothly and you recover quickly. I know it's scary, but I would still make the same decision again if I could go back :)

I can do toasted bread, but I tried to do a slice of bread with tuna salad on a camping vacation and it felt like it got stuck and I started salivating like you described. I can do low carb wraps and saltine crackers in limited quantities without a problem though. Good luck on your move!
