I did the 30 day shred...and I am doing another round of it. I saw amazing results and I almost always did the modified version of the exercises. Keep at it...it's tough...but you are working at it...that's all that matters! Good for you!

Wow! What a difference! Keep it up!

I have been floating up and down between the same weight. I am almost finished the 30 day shred. I am glad I took measurements. I am already down 2 1/2 inches in my waist. I would say you are building muscle and losing inches instead. If you keep at it, that scale will eventually start coming down!

You are doing awesome! Way to go! Post more pictures as you progress!

I agree...I am only starting to lose now..gaining muscle initially...it took about 3ish weeks before I started seeing the weight come off!!

I am 17 days into the SHRED. I was gaining initially (muscle), but have just started to lose now. Since starting the shred, I have lost 6 pounds. I have lost 2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my hips. I will post final results once I am done the 30 days!!

Wow! What a difference! I would love to see more pictures of your progress as you continue on this journey! Good for you for posting the pictures! I would be so proud of achieving that much already!

I do the same thing..it's a lifestyle change...so setting small goals helps to keep you motivated!

I also have PCOS issues and the weight comes off very slowly. Losing 10 lbs is a great start! I would try to concentrate on how much healthier you feel...the numbers on the scale will eventually come down!

I started a challenge on facebook with some girls in my city. I love it and definitely recommend it!!
