In my opinion, sugar is the killer. If there is more than 4 grams of sugar in any normal portion you eat, then you should consider eating something else. Sugar is empty calories and does little but to turn to fat. Eat only quality carbs i.e. fruits, nuts, vegetables. I don't ascribe to the RDA on carbs at all. Ever seen a…
