I did C25K too, it's great isn't it :D WELL DONE 15K that is amazing, especially after your injuries. Keep it up! :)

C25K definitely works!!! I did the 3 runs a week and counted my calories using MFP and it helped me to lose almost 30lbs. I now love running and run 5K 4-5 times a week:D
