It is normal for your body to change cycle withput stressers so with stressers I think you are fine. I wouldn't change anything unless it starts making you sick :) Hope I helped

I try to quench my sweets cravings with fruit. Over the past few days I have managed to replace soda and sugary drinks with water or those juice packets you put in water bottles. Umm Hummus is one of my favorite snacks...usually with carrots.

Nothing Crazy. I knew I was overweight and then at my cousins 10 birthday party I looked so big in the pictures that I freaked. Also, I want to get healthy and be established in my new habits before I have children.

Last Halloween, I bought a dress as part of my costume. My sister turned 18 recently and her party (masquerade) is this month. I decided to re-use my dress to save money. Well, I got it out of the closet and put it on and it fell down! So now I GET to add straps and take it in!
