Quick Question
This is proabably silly but my grandmother and I were talking about my exercise. And she told me that if I exercised everyday as well as did my outside stuff (mowing, hoeing in the garden, etc/) then all of my fat would turn to muscle and I would stay the size I am. Is this true?

When you are tired and starving, what keeps YOU motivated to continue? Sometimes when I am exercising, I lay out this adorable American Flag bathing suit for inspiration.

What can I do?
According to my tracker, I ate too few calories today. I had balanced meals and exercise but I didn't eat enough? I felt full and I hate eating when I am not hungry. What do I do??
