Underwear, haha. I can tell by how my underwear is fitting, and that I'm making progress, even if it is slow. I also took before pictures and will look at them periodically if I feel like nothing is changing. I also like the feeling of being sore after a hard workout (maybe I'm a bit weird hah), so the DOMS is encouraging…

I got tired of hating myself and hating the body I was in. I'm working on shifting the focus from "I hate how I look" to "I'm going to change myself for the better". It's hard. I've had issues with sticking with everything and keeping working out/eating well a habit. One day at a time, eh?

I have a few tattoos already, including (an almost completed) full sleeve. I really want an underbust (or sternum) tattoo. That'll happen after I drop the weight I want, and should (hopefully) encourage me to stay in shape so I won't be embarrassed to show it off ;)

I can tell that I snack when I'm bored. For the most part, if it's not in my house, I won't eat it, so I just don't buy junk food. Grocery shopping when you aren't hungry will help with that! Distract yourself with something else. Walk around, play with your pets if you have them, or just take a handful of whatever you're…

Having a small portion of chocolate occasionally isn't gonna kill you. Stick with dark chocolate if you like it. You won't eat as much, and it has a bit of health benefits vs. milk chocolate.
