For the most part, yeah. I'd put it as equivalently messy as like, pulled pork. Some is gonna fall out, but that ain't gonna stop me from eating it!

Tofurkey Italian sausage, Parmesan potato gnocchi, and some creamy red pepper sauce. All very lazy (this was a 9pm dinner) but still really filling!

BBQ bean sandwich with baked sweet potatoes and some sweet chili carrots. I was pretty happy with how well this turned out! Full of flavor and goodness!

I have to do my workout from yesterday (oops), but that's fine, I'll just shift everything around and be on track. Gotta take the dogs out for a walk before it starts storming. Thinking that today is the day I join a real gym for the first time in 4 years! Eep. My relationship with fitness is getting serious ;)

Why wouldn't it be okay? You need a decent amount of protein throughout the day anyhow, you're just getting it in the morning! It's more important to get protein within an hour *after* working out vs. before, plus some carbs. You're totally fine!

If you enjoy binge-watching Netflix, pick a show you want to watch and *only* watch it when you're walking on the treadmill. It's pretty normal for your weight to fluctuate as much as 5lbs throughout the day, so I wouldn't be too worried! Could be water retention (1gal water is 8.3lbs), or even an impending BM (an adult colon can hold 10lbs of waste). I've weighed myself in the morning and then in the afternoon and have it fluctuate by that much.
