  • I wear my HRM and track as if it were all cardio. I understand that its also weight training but I'm working on the calories in / calories burned method right now :)

  • They have a recumbant bike (at some gyms) for arms. I would suggest doing that. Swimming is also a good alternative but sometimes that can create a bigger injury if you really did sprain something. I used to work in a Physical therapy office.

  • have you see a Doctor? if you are still in terrible pain, I would definitely get it checked out. Of course I was going to suggest rest- but if you have already done that for a week I would only do seated exercises. Again, if you're still in pain after taking a week off... I highly suggest seeing a Dr.

  • After reading everyones reviews on here it sounded that JM's Ripped in 30 was a better video / workout. So, I bought RI30 & now that I have to wait for it to come inthe mail I have been youtubing the 1st level of 30DS. Check out Amazon, I found RI30 there and it was about $10 with shipping. Totally worth it to me :)

  • morning all! I did the first day of 30DS. I can see where it could be a little tricky. I'm a little sore from Saturday's gym/cleaning session. Sunday I took the day off from "sports bra activity" but I'm sure I did enough around the house to justify my handful of chocolate covered raisins... mmmm :)
