turkey bacon is great and butterball makes a 1/2 the salt version if you're worried about sodium. you should also try fat free ham strips, they're good too and often come in different flavours if you're looking for variety.

Thanks for all the suggestions. No fear in losing too much weight for me. I've actually started to gain back weight with the all the milkshakes I'm drinking. Hopefully by the time these wires come off I'll never want another milkshake for as long as I live :)

I eat well and I am quite active but I can't seem to quit smoking. It's the only thing keeping me from being all around healthy. I really want to quit but damn it's hard. I would really appreciate any advice from those who have managed to kick this gross habit. thanks :)

I have the same problem. for me the problem is that I've built up the outer quad muscles which are easiest to build but not the inner (the VMO's) it causes a strain on the knee.
