I've been eating primal for almost a month now and it's great after the first initial shock. There are some great groups if you search primal or paleo that will provide you with tons of info

Yes! I am in the exact same boat; it's been bringing me to tears with my running but I'm trying to fight through with lots of stretching. Hang in there!
-
Aww that's the pits, but hang in there :flowerforyou:

My biggest problem is my overly tight calves from all the jump rope and jumping jacks are killing me on my runs, like when I really stretch them out its pain to the point of tears welling up! Other than that feeling pretty perky today

Day four done and man does it suck to do my run first and then come home to Jillian! But I must say that my legs are already starting to show some changes so that's just motivation to keep going

Well I'm just gonna be blunt...today sucked! I'm sure part of that was due to going for my 3 mile run immediately before; but either way I got it done :drinker: Out of curiosity, how many push-ups are y'all doing in the first circuit?

 Day 2 done! Definitely sore but felt like I did better today

I'm using 5 lbs right now

Oh that's so tough and as is quite evident, you are not alone. I'm also a PCOS sufferer along with severe endometriosis; but as you can see from the triplets in my profile pic, it all clicked eventually! I would say the biggest thing is to set out on this journey simply for yourself; because if the babies never come you…

Wow that is some amazing progress!

So amazing...enjoy the running

Well as you can see in my profile pic, I actually have a set of all boy triplets but I still wanna join y'all! My triplets are 4.5 and I have another boy that rutns two this week

So are you currently gluten free? If so, you shouldn't have quite the drastic changes required that many of us do. And apparently there are others who didn't get the 'carb flu' but I obviously wasn't one of them

I'm finishing up day 5 of going primal and I agree with the others; don't over think or beat yourself up. Make better choices and keep making improvements in your food choices and where they come from. But be warned that you may feel stabby the first few days while getting everything out of your system; that's the hell I'm…

You need the sign I have in my kitchen: Today's Menu...eat it or starve!

I'm wrapping up day four and its strange because I've had some really bad headaches and muscles cramps, but I have felt amazing and my energy levels are through the roof! So I'm just hanging on and hoping the yucky carb flu will go away shortly. Fr me, the key is planning ahead and having things prepared and accessible.…

Congratulations on reclaiming your life; it takes a ton of strength to do the things you've accomplished

From one triplet momma to another, you look amazing! Congratulations

Yeah it's super tough; I have triplets that are almost 4 and a 1 year old plust working FT. I either do it at the butt crack of dawn or right after work while DH watches the boys. I'm currently doing Turbo Fire and it's at least nice to have a set schedule so I know what is expected each day.
