Is there a way to see calories burned on the garmin 610? I thought there was but I can't seem to find it; I've always just used it for running but now am using it with the hrm for other exercises. Thanks :smile:

How do y'all log turbo fire under the exercise portion of mfp? I'm trying to find the calories burned on my hrm but until en need an alternate method.
So, are you planning on going straight through for 30 days or are you taking scheduled breaks? What made you pick one path over the other?
Hi guys! So I'm on day 3 of this journey and have been told its normal to feel like crap or have headaches...but I'm also having horrible muscle cramps and my run sucked today because of it. Any ideas? The only other issue has been some "stomach distress" but that seems to be subsiding. Also, what are your favorite sites…
