I'm not sure how tall you are, but don't get discouraged, you really look fantastic.

BUWAHAHAHAHA. Ahhhh, we get clients who have done that. When you're done with the her call, the next call should be to you're friendly neighborhood nut hut.

I totally get this, I to have trouble getting home on time when even the SLIGHTEST thing goes wrong with a client. I commute as well and several times I've debated pulling off at a truck stop or on the shoulder and napping lol. I started fitting in work out time in tiny ways, like if I was standing some where observing…

I don't really have a solid "work out" routine. If I'm feeling fat, I get moving. I seem to do really well walking when I first wake up in the mornings. It motivates me to put down a lot of water and eat something healthy. I also feel like I just have a better out look on my day when I wake up that way.

Yoga is awesome and I have, for a FACT lost weight doing it....I think over all the most IMPORTANT thing is to find some variable. You can't just do ONE thing and be healthy...but fitness is about feeling good, so find what works for you, make your OWN routine and stick to it.

The sound of my clients snoring and my coworker playing the tv to loudly.

Eat really small portions at first! it'll help your body train onto the routine naturally through hunger, and it'll keep your metabolism crankin!

Heh, I work in a lock down mental institution...well one night my administrator is serving as our on duty RN because she wanted to test the generators and things like that, myself and a PRN worker are sitting on the unit, full of sleeping mentally unsound individuals when we hear a loud crack and the power goes out. She…

Oh! weighing in on the sleep thing. I also sleep first thing in the morning when I get home around 8. I've been making my self stay in bed until 330 or 4 so as to keep my eating on track. I've found that black out curtains and then a white noise app on my phone help a LOT. Then sometimes I just set an alarm on my phone and…

Not really lol. I'm eating 6 or 7 times a day, no soda. Recommended serving sizes lol No fast food.

I always sleep in the mornings when I get off work. So I try and wake up around 4pm every day. What I do is I eat ever 3 hours or so until I get to work and then I'll usually have a meal and a snack to split up over those 8 hours. All in all I'm eating 6, sometimes 7 times a day. I know its sounds crazy, but it's what I…

Hi! I'm so excited to see a night shift group. I work in a secure lock down facility for the mentally ill. S'called a crisis stabilization unit. I have the exact same problems, I don't sleep enough during the day and then I eat the ENTIRE time I'm awake...or I did, I'm doing much better on the whole...but its rough lol.

You could honestly just got to a sporting goods store and buy a back pack or shoulder bag that you liked that was nice and big and light. My room mate is a gym junkie and what she did to compensate for all her stuff was she bought a drawstring laundry bag that can be rolled up and rubber banded when not in use and then at…

I have an AWESOMSE turkey veggie spaghetti recipie! 1 pound of ground turkey (browned) 1/4 onion (diced) 1 can of spaghetti sauce 3 cups of raw spinach (cooked into the sauce, but optional) 1 can diced tomatos 1 box of hidden veggie spaghetti noodles just fix it up like normal spaghetti! It's super tasty and serves 6 or…

I've noticed that you seem to state continually, to several different posters that you have free days or what ever...and you make sure that you don't go over 200 calories on those days and you say things like you under estimate your exorcise, or over estimate it. Sounds to me like to much guess work. If your desperate…

HI! According to the us military the Ideal weight for a 5'4" female is 150 pounds. However, this range can be change by up to 10 pound difference based on the size of your over all frame, which is figured by measuring the wrist of your dominant hand while your fingers are spread. I'm not sure how they figure that exactly,…

Hi! I'm a nightshift worker myself, and what I do to help me fall into a deep sound sleep is set a routine. Make a little pattern of things you ALWAYS do before you go to sleep, this helps get your brain into the set of "oh, okay, its time to sleep." Something else that helps me is a white noise app. You can play it on…
