It comes out exactly like a cake. There's no taste of the diet coke either. I've read online that water works in place of the coke. Probably gonna give that one a try.

If only I knew calories counting is all I need to lose weight. If I knew the mass amount of veges and fruits I could of eaten. If only I knew I can still eat anything I wanted.

I stopped weighing myself because I do not want to be obsessive about it. I look in the mirror for differences, see how clothes fit, and feel the structure of my body change. If I notice a great difference, I would probably weigh myself then.

Honestly I think its just your calories which is the problem. Do you use a food scale?

I eat a big meal of protein which last me for the majority of the day. Not sure if this will work for you and how you can manage something of this sort within your schedule.

I eat Total whole grain cereal. Provides me some fiber and little protein but a lot of vitamins! Should check out the nutrition label. but carbs 22g per serving

but isnt subway's guacamole packaged? I've seen them scoop it out of a sealed plastic container. bleh, not fresh at all and taste different from a regular avocado I've been eating avocado with egg, salsa and soon with lettuce too. yum!

yep, idk how many times i had binge guilt. it was an emotional ride but ive stopped because I found a way to enjoy what I eat, which is eating whatever I want without guilt and filling myself with good nutrition to make me feel good. Once I felt my life turned around, I didn't want to go back, I took control back

I always take my hash browns out frozen and pan cook right away. I don't need to use oil maybe because my pan is nonstick or the hash brown is already oily. I do like that it's a little burnt. Secondly, if you want to microwave it first then pan cook. Idk if that's the way to go though

You gotta change your ways and think positive. Try a different meal plan that you actually enjoy and think long term. Eat big meals with high protein if it helps.

i usually go with the serving size to avoid the math. but sometimes its easy for me to just do easy math in my head by cutting things in half. I recently bought EAS the chocolate protein powder. It is DELICIOUS. I only need to add a bit of water to mix the powder up and add a bit of soy milk. Soo good

mine is a banana with 2 tbs of pb2 and some ice thrown in then blended. yummy and low cal. I recently started making a chocolate protein shake with a little bit of water and soy milk. YUM.
