You can find them in almost every Asian supermarket. Have you tried to put them in the freezer? it tasted like ice cream! I was in a friend's house when I first tried. I had a cold and couldn't smell anything. So I was totally in love with it!

I am so glad I am not the only one! I was just wondering if there's any simple calorie calculator that just add up calories for me without going through all the fuss. I love to cook and often try to play around with different ingredients ( I am not a good recipe follower) I am definitely a foodie, I love all kind food!

I have tried this diet 17 years ago when I was in college. I lost 15 lbs the first time I tired, gain 10 back in a few month, tried again, lost 10 lbs, gained back, tried the diet, again and again. Strong Curves by Brett Contreras. I could see the difference by the 5th week. Get the book, it explain everything really well and there are lots different programs, pick one that works for you the best and stick with it. No you will not have J-Lo butt but it will improve the shape. Good luck!

I could "feel"my butt after the first work out, I think I started seeing result on the 5th week, everyone is different, I really don't have a butt so it might take me longer to get what I want. I am on the 10 week of the 12 weeks program. I plan to keep doing SC after this just pick a different program. Good luck!

I am 5'7, currently weight 127lbs, I think 118lb is consider under weight for our height. My lowest was 110 when I was 19, not going there. I was 121 last summer and started to bulk. I think 123~125 is good for me, everyone is different, do what you feel is the best for you. Good luck!

I belong to one just because it's only 8 min walking from my house and it's $10 a month. There's no free weights/squat. I use dumbbells ( up to 60lbs) pre-load barbell ( up to 50lb) and the cable machines. I have been doing dead lift with no problem, I think it depends on the gym.
