I do the same thing! I work so hard during the week and on the weekend, when I have less to do, it's hard not to indulge, so i only end up losing 1/2lb a week and i should lose much more than that for the hard work i put in! Vodka definitely has less sugar than rum so go for vodka...and when it comes to mixers tonic water with a hint of lime is your best bet! :D
