I am a college student and drinking on the weekends is a big part of going out. I want to partake in the fun and enjoy my college years, but heavily drinking two nights a week makes me feel like I will never lose the weight that I want to. I try and restrict my calories during the week to make up for the alcohol calories…
I have trouble reaching my 1200 calorie goal...i eat balanced meals through out the day but really don't like in-taking too many starches (potatoes, rice, breads)...i eat fruit for breakfast, lunch, and a snack so i don't want to eat more cause of the sugar in-take. Anyone have ideas for healthy snacks that will rack up…
