I feel exactly as you do and I have been trying the same thing! I attend a very high intense cardio bootcamp 6-7 days a week for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs each workout. I also go to another gym sometimes for my second workout which is cardio based as well or I do my spinbike or treadmill at home. I am eating all veggies with only…
