I think at the moment you can only buy it off her official website. I got it right around when if first came out and I believe I paid the $135.00- which includes shipping. It's not a bad price for everything you get :)

Well the 30 DS is just that a 30 day program. BR is a 90 day program, which also comes with meal plans/etc. There are some moves from the 30 DS that you will come across in BR but there are also a lot of new and more complicated moves. It Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. It is a 90 day/ 3month program. I'm on phase 2 and just started the workouts 7/8 yesterday and I haven't been this sore in a couple months! She really pushed those planks, LOL. But I LOVE it. Way to keep it up ladies, sounds like yall are doing an awesome job :)

I ordered mine 2/8 and got it today (a wk later) by surprise. I have to finish 30ds first though, so it's killing me,lol. I hope you all get yours soon!

Slice a banana long wise in half, spread 1-2 tbs ( I usually do 1 b/c I'm not a big pb fan) on each half, then use half a container of yoplait boston creme pie yogurt putting it on the banana, sprinkle with granola or grape nuts..but again..I love granola to much so I try not to keep it in the house and go for the grape…

My 2 Cents, I don't think you overreacted. If yall were committed to each other then they both should have been deactivated. As far as him keeping it open b/c of your messages yall initially sent back and forth..can these not be printed off? GL though, I hope things work out for you :)

I agree, starvation is not the key. Losing weight is something that we deal with day in and day out. Weight loss that is done steadily and healthy- is going to stay off (as long as you continue a healthy lifestyle). Starvation will only cause binging IMO. I hope your fiend listens to those around her, gl :)

I just started the second phase today. I didn't think it could get harder..but it did! lol. It was like I was back at day 1 phase 1! lol. I got a heart rate monitor from my sister....and let my tell you that thing was wrong bc it said I burned only 69 calories..haha. Guess I need to go shopping for one!

If I go out to eat it's usually subway or quiznos (minus their dressings,lol) or Applebees- they have a pretty good selection..but I guess not if your vegan :(

You can take a banana and slice it length wise in half..spread about 1tbs of peanut butter on the sides, then put 1/2 a container of boston cream pie yogurt on it, top with granola or grape nuts. From the biggest loser cookbook:)
