OP....as everyone else has said,,,just keep adding time here and there and soon you should be rocking out!! Little off topic, but related to the elliptical...I normally hate this machine ( I feel like I cant control it and end up going faster then I want, and burning out faster). I finally found one at my gym that I have…

Anyone who tried this....can you really taste the Dijon in it? Hubby isn't a huge fan but this sounds delich!

I think you are referring to your "mons pubis" the area where you pubs are/would be right? I don't think that there is much you can do to reduce that area, with the exception of surgery. Maybe try spanx or some similar fat sucker inner..as I call them :)

Thanks for taking one for the team Chris. I have seen these "noodles" but have yet to muster up the courage to try them....I think that the post about them being fishy smelling have further put me off. What is the dry fry method that you mentioned? if you don't mind. I personally LOVE pasta, so I cant see a lasting…

I changed my settings so that every little thing doesn't show up on my feed. IE: it doesn't push a notification that I completed and stayed under, I still have notifications for weight loss, and for day streak. I personally don't really pay much attention to peoples diary...unless they been fretting about some event coming…

Well done....keep up that drive!

I would take this to mean....ok, you went of the rails on your cheat day....but get back on track, don't allow one bad day turn into 2 and then 2 into 3 etc. Get back on the wagon! With that said if you have a similar cheat day every week, then eventually it would stand to reason that the weight will creep back up as you…

I too have asthma...and I have only tried running 1 time in recent memory, but after a lengthy conversation with a fellow MFP runner w/ asthma I really focused on making myself breath!! I discovered that when I physically exert myself I tend to hold my breath and then take a huge "gulp" of air filling my lungs deeper then…

Not sure if your Doc told you to cut carbs or you are choosing that on your own, but if it was your choice, maybe re-evaluate that. You can still have carbs...just work them into your target calories for the day....For examples...a few waffles for breakfast means you might choose a salad for lunch over a sandwich (to save…

It sounds to me like you are retaining water....and MAY have hypertension.....you may want to see your docotor about that. I agree with everyone else, you are taking in more then you realize. You CAN get fat off too many fruits and veggies! Logging is a pain, but if you want to see results you have to buckle down and do…

Recent sodium consumption, a heavy (or unfamiliar) work out, close to TOM can all adjust your body's water retention. Other factors to consider are...did you weigh at the same time, wearing similar clothing? not to be gorss, but a b.m. that hasn't worked itself out yet...or even a full bladder....or you could have been a…

When I went low carb i usually aimed for a breakfast of egg (or egg beaters) w/ cheese, tomato, avocado (could add peppers, onions, mushrooms, ham, sausage, bacon, etc) the fat and the protein helps keep you full ; for lunch I would make roll ups of lunchmeat, cheese and lettuce...or a salad w/ some of the stuff listed…

I have not personally been there just yet, but I have read several posts that are similar....you may try a search of stalled weight loss or something similar. From what I have read, the suggestions vary from weighing all foods and logging as accurately as possible to upping your cals by 100 or so for a bit. Based on your…

Yesterday while wearing my house shorts (a little too short for my chunky self to wear in public)....i noticed definition in my leg muscles and that I have a pretty nicely shaped *kitten*! Thanks evil Zumba teacher Becca for all the squats that you leave us in and walk away....i HATE you when it happens, but I appreciate…

Yes...although you may not want to set a specific number to obtain....rather have a "rountine" in mind....like walk a mile a day, or buld up to a mile a day if you need to. That way you may be less likely to obsess over hitting that number...*shrug* just a suggestion!!

magnificent usually comes out something like magnificicant....i can usually pull it off if i break it down and talk real slow, but if I'm excited and try to rattle it off....forget about it!

I'm not a runner, and likely never will be.....but I did download the zombie run! c25k....and apparently they have another app (same name...just not the c25k) that I have read is more challanging...and pushes what sounded more intervals between running and sprinting, to avoid being eaten by zombies. The reviews I read…

Remember that there are certain things you can and should fight through...there are others that are the sign of something more serious being wrong....this is not one of those things you want to chance! Get a new doctor if you hate your current one. Also remember that eating better (or more) through out the day rather then…

As others have said...probably want to see a doctor....but also if you are working out as much and as hard as you claim, you probably want to start logging your food more closely. I looked back at your and the only 2 entries in the pat couple of weeks show that you left a very large portion of calories uneaten. I realize…

Wow....this is a whole lotta...just wow! You are a very pretty girl, if you are ready to change....change....and become so spectacular that you realize that he isn't worth your time!:flowerforyou:

You may rightfully weight that much, at that point....you may have somewhat dehydrated yourself to get to that point (I sometimes take benedryl at night to help me stay asleep, I know with out fail that the next morning when I weigh my pee will be darker then normal and the scale will reflect 1-2 lbs lighter then my recent…

I don't mean to discourage you, or rain on your parade...but you would have had to burn 10500 cals to have generated that weight loss...and that doesn't sound like it happened. Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time each week (or day, or month) and under same circumstances (naked, in jammies, in undies, etc.) It was…

I can understand that you have gotten used to not eating. You really need to get that under control and start eating closer to your calorie goal, or you will see your exercise suffer. As someone stated, eating back exercise calories is highly debated around here...and I personally fluctate on it myself. There are days that…

Well first things first, you need to make sure that your information is correctly entered. MFP is making caloric recommendations based off of what you are entering...so if the numbers you put in are not accurate, then what MFP spits out at you is not accurate either. That number does seem really on the high end and I would…
-
Few questions.... 1. did you get that number from MFP (after you entered your physical information, activity level, goal weight loss per week) or did you get that number from TDEE calculator on another site? 2. If it was MFP generated number....is that after you are logging work outs?

When I first started I just started by attending 1 zumba class....and I was hooked! From there I went to 2 zumba classes a week, and added a day of yoga. Now I'm getting ready to add to that and included 3 days a week doing a home work out video..and also starting to use the weight machines...I guess what worked for me the…

Ugh! I know that is rough....but you seem to have the right mind set and are able to look at it logically....increase your water consumption...and maybe give the scale another go in a few days....keep up the faith!
