I'm starting to lift again....and first go at it, I didn't really listen to music...this time I plan on it...So please tell me...what genre of music do you lift to, and any must have songs (like the ones to make you beast out, especially on dead lift day) just curious how others get thru :smiley:

Ok ladies...I've just started the program, and am still working on my form for squats and bench press (just using the bar currently) and as expected I have a mild aches. However, I have noticed that one quad seems to be way worse off then the other, It has me very curious. do you think this is happening because I "default"…
