Hi everyone...My name is Missi and I'm back on the wagon for weight loss and overall better health and fitness. I'm currently doing Atkins for weight loss (please no snarky comments about that choice, it works for me!), and have been enjoying Zumba, beach volleyball, and yoga for fitness. I'm looking forward to losing quite a bit of weight and then starting couch to 5k so that i can continue working towads my goal of RUNNING a full 5k mud run instead of walking the majority (but they are soooo much fun no matter how you get em done). I currently feel pretty motivated both by myself and by coworkers, but is always good to have others to count on to motivate you when all else fails. If you are like minded, not going to criticize my diet choice, and agree to be the boot in my *kitten* when needed (...and allow me to be the boot in your butts too) feel free to friend me!
