Isn't 1200 too low? I don't know what your height and age are, but considering you're an adult with a job at the hospital, shouldn't you eat more than 1200 cal, unless you're trying to lose like 3-4 lbs per week, which isn't healthy.

I play indoor soccer for 90 min, 3 days/week. I don't know what 'soccer, casual, general' means, but it says I lose 813 calories for 90 min. I personally think if you're in good shape, you don't really need to become one of that. I'm Korean, and those photos of what you call ulzzang is not really what people consider nowadays. It's more of being confident in how you look!! (though it still is the best to have a great shape)
