I plan my meals the night before... that way I know exactly what I can and can't have. I work 2 jobs... so I have 14 hour work days. It's much easier for me to grab what I know I can have than to stand there pondering... hmm.... how many calories did I have left???

I weigh myself each morning in my birthday suit... after I potty, just before I step into the shower! That way I can go back and see how my day to day eating is making the scale move!

Actually I picked up this container of spring mix salad at walmart last night ... it has some baby spinach in it! lol, it looks like weeds from my yard! but i'm gonna give it a try!

soo much great info... thanks :) I'd rather get the iron my food as much as possible rather than take a pill. I guess if the food change doesnt' help pills are an alternative. I eat very little red meat... guess I better be eating some more leafy green stuff! ;)
