I made this exact same thing last night! Except I didn't use beans/corn .. instead added mushrooms! I used some garlic powder and onion powder for seasoning.

I recently got fitted for running shoes... best decision I ever made! And I learned a lot about my feet... including the fact that I was buy the wrong size! They had to order mine... I can't wait. As walked all through the store in them... it was like walking on a cloud! Brooks Dyad 7 :)

Not all farmers feed their cows such foods. I spend a lot of time on a farm (as my bf is a farmer) and our cows eat grass, hay, and some minerals. And farmers put manuer... liquid fertilizer... and many other chemicals on their fields to make the hay grow better. And the cows eat that hay all winter long. Now, I do have…

I guess always try not to eat then go straight to bed. Maybe the days I know I'm running and I'll have to change up my eating schedule on to accomodate. Most of my calories seem to come from dinner... maybe i'll do better lunch and afternoon snack

It usually just takes me that long to make it home on those evenings.

I eat breakfast around 7-8 .... lunch about noon... I don't get to run until 6 or 7 in the evening. So maybe something mid afternoon would be sufficient to hold me through. But then I dont get home until 10ish and I haven't had dinner yet.

I love this thread and love LC wedges! I put them on sandwiches.... The chipotle ones with crackers and turkey pepperoni... In scrambled eggs... In a wrap. I could go on and on!

I used to be an early morning workout girl. I don't know what happened. I just can't seem to fall asleep before 12 anymore.... I can lay down at 10... but that's it -- I just lay there. How do ya'll go to sleep so early, to feel rested?

Personally, planning my meals ahead of time really helps me! And not only do I plan them but I get as much of it ready the night beofre as possible!
