Runners - What shoes are best?
I've been running more and more... I'm thinking I should probably think about investing in a good pair of shoes. I have pretty flat feet... but I also underpronate! What type of shoes are best? Is there anything I can do to keep all of my shoes from wearing so badly?

Iron is too low!
I donate plasma normally two times a week... this morning was the first time in a week or so. They always check your protein and iron levels... you must be a certain number to be able to donate. Sugar in Fruits
I absolutely love fruit and I know it has a lot of natural sugars and such in it. When I buy frozen/canned fruit I always be sure to buy the ones that say :no sugar added".
