  • Add me, I have 4 babies and hubby works away from home, Im in school working on my Bachelors and working full time. I have learned that its just about balancing my time and not doing to much. I work out about 3 to 4 days a wee, do homework 3 days a week and have a day of rest. :smile:
  • I normally weigh once a week but I have started a new work out program called Hip Hop abs and I started weighing everyday since Monday. I just really wanted to try something different. So far, so good. I have not recorded them though, just took a mental note. :smile:
  • Its funny you mention t25 i am hoping to try that after hi hop abs. I have done insanity before too, it was I difficult but I dont plan on doing that again atleast for a few months. I want to lose some fat before I start toning. Looking forward to encouraging each other during this weight loss journey :):bigsmile:
  • Yea, I have gained 10lbs during a cycle before. And it actually stayed for a week after before it finally went away. That water weight is no joke sometimes. I have decided that it is easier to just not weight during those times and to wait a few days after. :)
