That's great news. I've been stuck at my plateu for about 4 months now. I think I shouldn't exercise this week and sees what happens. UGH. This is so frustrating.

I workout 5 time/week. ON Mon, Wed, and Fri I run about 4 miles on the trendmill. ON Tues and Thurs I just started strength training.

First of all, congrats to losing 115 lbs. That's such a big accomplishment. So proud of you though. Anyhow, it's so hard for me to lose these last 10lbs. I feel like I wanna give up.

Yes, I agree. I've been trying to get rid of my last 10lbs for about three months now. I think I need to do the calorie bump, of course short term only.

Thank goodness I'm at work and don't have any access to fatty foods, but I was thinking of getting a lays potato chip from the vending machine. I need to stop.

I"ve lost a little bit over 20 lbs and I still feel the same. Clothes has recently just gotten lose on me. Ahh..I need to lose 10 more lbs by 3.4.10 and it's stressing me out big time.
