I exercise 5x/week already. My diet has gotten better. I only eat white carbs 2-3 times per week now. But this hasn't bee helping.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. I'm in the same boat as you. I gained 2lbs this week also. Yes, I'm also frustrated at this very moment too.

4 lbs in one month is great. I only lose 2lbs at the most in a month. So you should be pround of yourself.

So true what you wrote. I workout even when Aunt flow's in town. I workout when I don't want to workout. But I only workout 5X/week.

Tried this workout today for 15 minutes and by the time I was done, I was drenched in sweats. I had a greeeaaattt workout today.

Not really. Some days when I get home and I'm so tired, I dont' even eat dinner until I get up from my nap. I just have to catch up on my sleep. I wake up really early around 5-6 ad don't really go to sleep around 12.

I need to also add that right after I get up from my nap, I go to the gym and burn about 500-600 calories. Then I usually just have a light snack afterwards. I exercise during my lunch break and burn about 300 cals, so a day I'll burn about 800 cals.

I have my monthly cycle monthly although it was 2 weeks ealier this month. I'm not too worried about it because it only happened once, if it persist, I'll get a checkup though. ITs true, I do exercise alot too.

OMG, same here too. I thought I was the only one. The scale indicated that I've lost 15lbs, but when i measured my waist, arms, legs, nothing has changed yet. Like you I also have children. I have about 18lbs to lose before I get to my goal weight though. I'm at 130 right now. UGH, so frustrating.
