I ran a mile before Crossfit (8:07) then at Crossfit we did the hero WOD "Murph" 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 squats 1 mile run

I eat green bean "spaghetti" on an almost daily basis. 1 c. canned green beans 1/4 c spaghetti sauce and 1 tbsp parmesan just mix the first two, stick it in the microwave, and sprinkle the cheese on after it's hot... So yummy! I like using cut Italian beans best.

I train at a Crossfit box and I love it. If you are interested in Crossfit I would definitely suggest trying it out. Just be careful with where you go. A good box with a good trainer isn't going to just throw a newbie out into the WOD, but they'll have an on-ramp program of some sort to get you familiar with the movements…

Granted, but it's because you murdered your significant other, and now you're in prison for life. I wish I could do an Iron Man.

I once ate a jar of Biscoff crunchy spread (the best, most heavenly food EVER) in two days. All of it. On a spoon. Straight from the jar.

check out some of the recipes on these websites: http://www.foodiefiasco.com/ http://www.runningwithspoons.com/ http://dessertswithbenefits.com/ http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/

I stopped buying peanut butter because I would attack the jar with a spoon and it would KILL my calories for the day.

I like to saute mine in some lemon juice and then pepper it heavily; it makes it taste awesome. I too hate that fishy taste. Or I will mix it with brown rice, sauteed veggies and a homemade sweet and sour sauce, also very yummy.

I have made both of these recipes before and they ROCK. I love, love, LOOOOOVE matcha. Matcha ice cream and matcha frosting are both awesome as well. http://dessertswithbenefits.com/healthy-matcha-green-tea-fudge-protein-bars/ http://dessertswithbenefits.com/sweet-matcha-almond-shortbread-cookie-dough/

Like everyone else has said, layers are key. I've run in temps as low as negative 20 and I've never gotten sick. Make sure you don't layer up too much though, usually I find if I'm cold starting out or through the first mile or two, I'll be perfect for the rest of my run. Never forget to wear something over your ears, as…

The Under Armour Dynamo is the beeeeest sports bra I've ever had. I run, along with Crossfit, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do and it works wonderfully.

Yum! pumpkin spice doughnut

I usually have a Quest bar when I'm craving something sweet. Vitatop brand snacks are amazing too; they have frozen treats like ice cream sundaes, and other things like cakes cookies and muffins. If I remember correctly, they were around or under 200 cal. Otherwise, this blog http:/dessertswithbenefits.com has recipes for…

Quest bars! They usually have around 3g of sugar. I love, love, LOVE them. I also make my own "Quest" bars using Vitafiber syrup - http://vitafiber.myshopify.com/ - There are a ton of great Vitafiber "Quest" bar recipes out there and they taste awesome, are very low sugar, and very low in net carbs due to the high fiber…

I go to a 5 am Crossfit class. This means getting up at 4 because it's such a long drive... It kinda sucks when I'm trying to roll out of bed, but once I'm going it's so nice! I have so much more time to get stuff done!

Thanks! This site looks like it has tons of awesome recipes :)

Try a Quest bar! They are seriously my favorite thing on the planet; they have tons of flavors (many of which are chocolate based) and they're 200 or less calories. They've also got tons of fiber and are low in sugar. My favorite flavors are: Cookies and Cream, Double Chocolate Chunk, Mixed Berry Bliss, and Chocolate…

The best thing you can do for your body is keep moving forward. Focus on eating good, healthy food and staying within your macros. It sucks after you have a cheat day, and it makes it WAY too easy to turn a cheat day into a cheat week. But you got this! just keep going and you'll do great! :)

Cherry cobbler. Like AMAZING homemade cherry cobbler.

I run with music usually, but every now and then it's nice to pull out the earbuds and enjoy the world around me (I'm usually running trails when I do this.) I like to run with friends too. Although I'm perfectly capable of running by myself, and often do, I prefer to run with two of my friends. One of them runs the same…

Maple Grove Farms of Vermont has several fat free dressings that are VERY low in calories. Their FF Balsamic and Raspberry Vinaigrettes are awesome. Panera Bread's Bottled Poppyseed Dressing rocks my world. It's my favorite dressing ever. Also hummus or salsa make a good salad topping.

I like to slice up some raw carrots into chips and then have them with salsa. Or if you mix plain Greek yogurt with taco seasoning, it makes an AWESOME veggie dip. Another thing I like to make is kale chips: cut the leaves off the stalk, toss in some coconut oil and sea salt, then put in a single layer in a pan in a…

For me, the hardest thing is my sisters. I am the youngest of three girls and I am the biggest of the three. It's horrible; i remember having to borrow my sister's shirt one time. The shirt that was loose on her fit me skin tight! Seeing myself in pictures and mirrors is also pretty horrible.

I don't believe it's the intensity as I've been doing these classes for close to two years now. I will try energy gel and the diluted gatorade and see how those work. Thanks for the input!

Bump. Anyone out there know how to help?
