I hear ya!! that is the most frustrating/ discouraging thing! It has definitley happened to me before and I know how hard that is! you just have to keep going! it will fluctuate...but overall you will see a downward trend :) Good luck!

WAY TO GO!!!! That is the best feeling ever! I never was a runner either.... I know exactly where you are coming from! I would be huffin and puffin after 3 seconds even, feeling like i was going to die....now I am up to 15 minutes no biggie :) LOVE that feeling!!

great job everyone!!! i finished w1d2 yesterday and really do love it :) i agree- treadmill is easier for me than running outside too... hopefully i can try alternating since I am planning on running a 5k when I finish this.

you look soooo great! those results that you got with the shred are insanely good! I am on level 3 day 4 and I don't feel like my results have been as dramatic... I will have to try again. Awesome job. You are gorgeous :)

I always update when it goes down....immediately :) it's fun to see the lowest number...and then i don't update again until i see a lower number (becomes sometime it does fluctuate up...but I just wait til it goes down again :))

I am in the middle of the shred...day 18, and the first few days I came out a bit sore. I worked through I don't get sore anymore. I think the lighter weights make it easier. I do the shred mon-sat and rest on sunday. I also work out monday through friday at they gym. 2 zumba days and the other three I do another class.…

how has the shred worked for you? have you been able to see results from it...I am about half way through it and I don't feel like I have seen a huge change yet :( maybe when I measure myself at the end I will have lost some inches......hopefully!!!

That is a bummer! I have had the same problem except with my ankles..so the thing that I did, was just lower the impact by modifying each workout. especially like the plank jacks and things like that. Good luck, hopefully you will still be able to do it with a lower impact.
