My Halfway mark!!!
So I hit my halfway point!! I am so excited! I have lost 24 lbs in about 3 and a half months... MFP has played a huge part in my success. The motivation, the friends, and the environment in general has been amazing!

Whey
What's the purpose of taking Whey, and is there a difference between whey and whey protein?? Would I take it as a supplement to meet my protein grams? Or is it not used as a supplement. I just know nothing about it....thanks guys :)

how do you guys get you goals to show up at the bottom after you post a comment or something. I see people put like their starting weight....current weight, and goal weight and then little short term goals, but I can't figure out how to do that or where to go.

Bustin my Bootie
So I have been working out consistently and eating healthy for the past three weeks ( i know it's not very long) but I lost 6 pounds, which I am happy with....but then gained 2 back. Could this be muscle mass?? I don't think it's fat...but then why the gain?
