So I have been working out consistently and eating healthy for the past three weeks ( i know it's not very long) but I lost 6 pounds, which I am happy with....but then gained 2 back. Could this be muscle mass?? I don't think it's fat...but then why the gain?

Good job so far! The 2 lb gain could just be hormonal, or water weight after a hard wokout. Remeber that time will tell so get off the scale for a week and stay on track with your meals and workout0

Usually, you lose water weight the first couple of weeks. It's a transient loss. 1-2 pounds a week is a good rate. One other reason may be that your weight just fluctuates a lot. Mine zig zags a couple pounds from day to day. It's normal.0

Whatever the reason my be,..i HATE fluctuation right?!...lol0

Could be ... but don't let it discourage you. Keep your eye on the goal - a healthier, happier YOU! Keep going!!!!0

Try not to look at the scale so much, I know it's hard but it could be muscle, water, harmones....
How are you feeling, do you feel like your getting tighter?0
