If you know what kind of litter the shelter was using then use that. She might not recognize the litter you are trying as litter at all. I was planning on calculating in that way.. Seems like with that small amount of oil most of it *will* end up in my food.

I've been using it for about a week now (Stevia in the Raw) and I notice that if you use a lot it will have a slightly bitter taste. I would never substitute more than a 1/3 cup of real sugar in recipe which is I think 8 packets of the stevia according to the company's conversion guide.

I am planning to roast it with garlic and a small amount of olive oil. I never use sauces so it should come in pretty close to 30 calories per once even after cooked. Thanks for the help!

I've had them a couple of times and they have an ok texture (not exactly like semolina pasta but more like a rice noodle). But I would say they really need a sauce to make them edible...
