  • So, I have been going to the gym for 2 months now and work out at least 5 days a week. Yesterday, I realized it took a lot more work to get my heart rate up, which means I am finally getting in shape. I burned 130 more calories yesterday than on my normal day! This is a great motivator to actually see change!
  • I was shocked that she sent Graham home! I thought it was Jason, and I was bummed because he is my favorite. You can tell she had feelings for him, I wonder if there will be a twist on the season and she will bring him back. She picked my top 4 guys, that never happens! It's such a good season!
  • I just had mine out and I was scared to death, but it was worth it!! The pain was unbearable!! The vicodin wasn't bad either! =)
  • So Thursday is my weigh in day at work (we are doing the biggest loser) so it's my splurge day! I had a decent breakfast but for lunch I had a coney dog and a frosty from Wendy's.   • I went to Spain when I was in HS and took a boat over to morocco for the day...huge culture shock for us sheltered high schoolers! Very cool though, It was a great experience.

  • I find it hard to eat all of my exercise calories in a day, I feel like I am eating too much and I never will lose!

  • I hurt my back in softball like 5 years ago and I re injure it all the time. I will be out for like 2 months at a time, I've been to a couple of different doctors and they will only give me pills...they refuse to take xrays! Next time it happens I think I will check out either a chiropractor or PT.
  • I agree, it doesn't sound like you're eating enough. I saw it on the biggest loser, someone wasn't eating all of her calories and she wasn't losing. When she started eating she started losing! Good Luck!
