I've been trying to go everyday for at least 60 mins. Taking days off makes me eat worse and 1 day usually leads to 2 days off etc.

I have a fitbit too and it doesn't sync very well. I just use MFP to log food and that's it and that transfers to fitbit. I find when I log exercise it doubles it on fitbit.

diet coke and beer....I haven't cut them out, I just haven't had them in a month. I'm sure i'll have them again, I just haven't craved them enough yet!

is there a way to track exercise with the fitbit flex?

When you're exercising, hold the button down until it vibrates, and it will log your exercise for you. You get far fewer calories for non-step activities (lifting), but it still recognizes that you're exercises. [/quote] Is there a way to log exercise on the fitbit flex? So we were doing Biggest Loser at work and I won!!! I lost 24.5 lbs and the best part is....the reward was $1100!! I'm going shopping!

If my BMR is 1600, is this how many calories I should be eating plus my excercise calories? I have been eating 1200 plus my excercise calories??
