syncing MFP and fitbit
My food that is entered on MFP transfers to my fitbit fine but if I enter in exercise on MFP, I feel like it doubles because those steps have already been counted on fitbit. So I have just been using MFP to enter my food and I also don't add exercise to fitbit because it's already tracking those steps, is this correct?

soooo excited!!
So we were doing Biggest Loser at work and I won!!! I lost 24.5 lbs and the best part is....the reward was $1100!! I'm going shopping!

Is it really bad to have too much protein. I was logging my meals for today and I am having a chicken breast for lunch and dinner and I am going way over. I have plenty of calories left, just not protein??

If my BMR is 1600, is this how many calories I should be eating plus my excercise calories? I have been eating 1200 plus my excercise calories??

finally seeing results..
So, I have been going to the gym for 2 months now and work out at least 5 days a week. Yesterday, I realized it took a lot more work to get my heart rate up, which means I am finally getting in shape. I burned 130 more calories yesterday than on my normal day! This is a great motivator to actually see change!

So Thursday is my weigh in day at work (we are doing the biggest loser) so it's my splurge day! I had a decent breakfast but for lunch I had a coney dog and a frosty from Wendy's. I've earned a lot of excercise calories today so I have over 1000 calories for the rest of the day. Can I still lose even though I've eaten bad…
