starbux- Hiking is a great idea. I live in CO so there are actually moutnains to hike. lol peanut- I love netflix. I hear you on "Boring" but I've found for me that boring is actually really nice. I would take Boring vs Young ppl problems anyday! These are all great ideas. Thank you all!

i heard sitting on a large exercise ball instead of a desk chair is good and it makes you work out your core. haven't tried it yet. I'm at the front desk. i might be moving later in which case I so want to try!

that's a good point, maybe you can do some lifting in the arms and give your knees a rest. Water may not be a bad thing either since it's no impact???? worth asking???

Very helpful. I just joined a rec center and they have a 5:40-7am kickboxing class. I woke up at 5:20 but didn't get out of bed. HA! Might have been eaiser if I had had more things ready. :)

I love all of your ides. It's funny because a lot of them don't cost that much. funny how the funnest things can be free. I love the window shopping idea because it gets the legs moving and it serves as free inspiration for how to decorate the house!!

I want someone that comments on my activities and looks at my food diary and says, "Mercedes, how are the brownies working out for you?" so i can respond, "They are not." and thus be more motivated. I want someone that knows what I'm going through.

The day is not over. When i have one bad meal my first reaction is to throw the whole day out the window. Have a healthy dinner and work out. Progress not perfection. And Drink LOTS of water. :)

wow. i see both sides. I log in my cleaning because I believe there are some activities that are out of the ordinary. Also, I set MFP to sedentary and I sit at work for 8 hrs a day so it is legitimate. Cleaning 3 bathroom floors, tubs, & showers or steaming cleaning hardwood floors, or vacuming stairs work sme out a lot. I…

Agree. Calorie Dense. Pudding and crackers are no good. They are empty. Almonds are my fav and low fat yogurt. :)

i would do no creamer. I've read the labels and the ingredients list is super long and full of chemicals that require a master's in chemistry to fully understand. Try to go slowly to black coffee w/ a touch of cinnamon. did you know cinnamon boosts metabolism??? just my 2 cents, but different strokes for different folks. :)

Loving this thread. Funny, I'm 5'11" and ppl think I weighed 125 back when i weighed 150 and conversely 150 now that i weigh 171. Its weird but it's like tall women can hide 5 pounds much easier. Anyways, I love this thread. Great idea!
