This is kinda what I do too. When I notice a loss, I wait and make sure it registers 2-3 days in a row. Also, I'll downplay to loss. For example, yesterday I was at 159.9. Today I was at 160.5 but I lowered my weight today to 161. I hate having to go backwards so I try to make sure its a real loss first.

Free Food??? Darn it. My Cow suit is at the cleaners. Just kidding! :) I'm glad I didn't know about the free slurpies. I might have gotten one. Yes, I'm a sucker for free food. When I worked at an office, I loved free food and hated it after I ate it.

I hear you. I love eating- but if I ate everything I wanted I would have to work out hours every day. On non workout days, I try to eat snacks that fill me up. Like popcorn. Hope your leg feels better!
