Thank goodness tomorrow is Saturday which is my rest day... just finished L2D1 and think it about killed me, even the shower afterwards was hard haha. How could she possibly make L3 even harder? Even though Jillian is apparently out to kill us we will show her!!!

i can not express how much the push ups kill my life!!! i am nowhere near moving on from modified pushups, at day 6 last night i was able to for the first time complete both sets but it was ridiculously hard and my arms are really sore today! the thought of "walking pushups" in level 2 worries me lol!

L1 D5 done!! This last workout was for sure the breakthrough... I even did 10 extra mins (of abs, cardio, and some of the strength) cause I was still pumped and felt fantastic :) I am soo happy we are all sticking with this!!!

I agree! I don't think my abs are getting much of a workout cause it is so few within the 27 min but I LOVE the versions of crunches she has taught so I may add more of those after the workout each day.

PUSHUPS.... killing my life!!!! I find it quite sad that even with the modified pushups I struggle to finish the second set but it only leaves room for improvement i suppose! anyone find that squating for something as simple as sitting on the toilet painful!!!! hahahha TMI?????

Day 2 DONE!!!!!! I did have to take a 2 day break in between day 1 and 2 due to being so sore haha but I am back on track and just keep telling myself everyone is saying it gets easier at day 4! My abs feel great but it hurts to squat down and the pushups did a number on my arms ;) we can push through this!!!!
