Have fun at your first class! I am a Zumba addict and that is AWESOME they added it to the database! Hooray!

Hello everyone! Neat to find some local people!
-
I did Color Me Rad last year as well! I won't be able to do it this year, because well, I am getting married that day  Might do The Color Run instead which is on 7/20!

^ This! Every instructor has freedom to what they want; they can pick their own music and own moves, so some instructors I love, some are eh. I am a Zumba fanatic and actually can teach it too (though I haven't yet). To me, it doesn't feel like exercise so I just love doing it. It goes by so fast and I love getting better…

Sounds like an easy way to try cauliflower for pizza crust...thanks for the recipe!

It is hard to pick only ten, but let's see what comes to my head first, I have really random music taste, no particular order... 1. Jason Mraz 2. The Rocket Summer 3. Three Days Grace 4. He is We 5. Billy Joel 6. Carbon Leaf 7. Dispatch 8. Meg & Dia 9. The Cab 10. Avenged Sevenfold

My fiance introduced me to all of these bands (except Shinedown, I got him onto that one and of course I had heard of Metallica and Aerosmith before) but I really like most of them, so this is an awesome list. One of my favorite bands is Three Days Grace and I am still very sad about the whole singer situation

Awesome! And that is GREAT you have such a supportive, encouraging friend, keep up the awesome work!

Wow, this is one of the most entertaining topics today...some very clever responses to this :drinker: ...sadly, now I crave bacon and I only have roast beef for lunch!

Bump!
-
Might have to try this, bump!

I did it for about 2 months, never finished the full 90, life got in the way. >.< I really like the workouts and the program, the problem I have with it is after that many weeks...it gets really boring to have only 2 workouts to rotate between...I was excited to up it to 3-4 only to find out it was basically the same…
-
Wow! What a difference! Congrats!!!
-
I would agree with this, ask her to try, once a week, something you cook at home. Start small...I am sure she will see how much better it tastes and eventually you can cook more and maybe even involve her in the cooking process for something that she is excited to try....
-
Wow! Amazing...Congrats!
-
Congrats!! I am somewhat newly engaged as well and while we haven't been able to pick a date yet (got house stuff to worry about first) I might be getting married around the same time as you! I have at least 20 pounds I'd like to lose...So I could definitely relate and would love to help, feel free to add me!

I eat Chobani all the time but have never tried shaking it...I think I will have to try it! Though, I usually eat the yogurt at work, will me coworkers think I am crazy? Haha!

Haha I love this topic and the replies are cracking me up as well! :) Hopefully, someday more people will understand that it is not about just "being on a diet" for a given amount of time but just making better day to day choices!
