My 'rest' days mainly consist of walking round a school, or sat down with children, Tuesdays and Fridays I don't do any exercise, cardio, weights at all, so am trying to keep my carb intake low but like you said I get extra protein, thanks for replying

I've had the porridge for breakfast or the granola with fruit not tried the shakes as I already use 1 from my protein, I workout 4-5 a week
