fuelyour10k breakfast

I've just discovered the fuel your 10k hours range, have tried researching them for review but can't find anything does anybody use these? Are they a healthy option or not? Any advice would be great

    From what I can tell, it's just another protein shake. Healthy is defined by your needs and healthy things are things that meet your needs. Do you need a protein shake?

    I've had the porridge for breakfast or the granola with fruit not tried the shakes as I already use 1 from my protein, I workout 4-5 a week
