I was most shocked to learn how much exercise affected my levels. My blood sugars are significantly better when I exercise.

I love these and both are under 400 calories. I eat one of the stuffed chicken portions and roast asparagus in the air fryer and I am good to go!

Counting calories is definitely the way I lose, but exercising keeps my going. I tend to want to eat better when I work out.
