I'm 5'10.. weigh 195lbs. 20.6% BF.. Tend to be on the thick/stocky side. Would like to get down to at 18%BF but I let my mile/5k/10k times, as well as my strength, be my indicator of health. Looks are secondary to my performance. As long as performance stays up, I don't mind if I gain or lose weight.

I'm no expert, but I believe it's common knowledge that cravings are often a sign of what the body is in need of... sodium? carbs? fats? With no insight to your diet it's hard to say.

Anything high in fiber and protein I think is your best bet. Light cheese, greek yogurt, and I second the jerky. Also, drink water. I drink a big glass with every meal to help me feel full (when I remember). EDIT to say: It's hard to overeat things like baby spinach. 85 grams, which is a ton, only has like 35 cals. Plus…

I buy my tubs of Fage at Costco. Best price for the stuff. And I'm lovin' the macros.

Also... you can cut them real thin with a mandolin and bake at a low temp to make "chips" out of them. I'm talking like 200 degrees F, for like 2 hours. You basically dehydrate them and they get very "chippy". Season as you like.

Look for a vegetable "noodler" and use it to replace the high calorie, high carb wheat pasta. I have "Veggetti"... You just sautee it or boil it for a quick minute and use it as you would regular pasta. Check it out.

I'm using my 2nd post to condemn this thread as I have a sleeve of Oreos sitting in my Pantry that have been taunting me for a while. But since buying them, I decided to cut a bit and now I'm jealous of every one of you. haha Chocolate cream ones are my go to, which just barely edge out the fudge covered ones.
